Heritage Community School organized the first free community health outreach in the area, reaching over 300 children and parents.
Services provided included:
- Nutritional assessments
- Deworming and vitamins
- Treatment for skin infections
- Health education for parents
- HIV testing
- Family planning services
This outreach promotes preventive healthcare and community well-being.
